In the Mapuche language, Nutuayin mapu means "We shall take back our land." This documentary is a valuable record of the territorial struggles of the Mapuche people in the area of Lautaro in 1969. There, Mapuche farmers decided to take a field motivated by their memory of the injustice of having been stripped of the land of their birth. 　　The documentary was shown at the time in the cine-clubs in addition to being exhibited at the Sala Isidora Zegers theatre of the University of Chile.
